Cancellation Policy
Private charters, Guest cancellation A) Cancel the booking at least 7 days before your travel date, and you'll receive a full refund. B) Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days prior will be refunded at 50%. C) If you cancel less than 72 hours before the travel date, no refund will be issued. D) Additionally, no refunds are available for cancellations during the peak season from December 20 to January 10. Weather-Related Cancellation Policy A) A full refund will be provided in the event of bad weather, as confirmed by the Meteorological Department, and processed within 7 working days. B) In case of adverse weather conditions, such as general rain (not scattered or isolated showers), we can recommend rescheduling the travel date or postponing it, subject to availability.
